Booking Form

Request Booking

To request a reservation with us

Select your Property, Dates, Number of Guests, and select any of add-on’s (such as pets) then click the booking request button.

You will be asked to log in or create an account, once you are logged in you can send the request by clicking the request booking button again.

When we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm your selections, then issue an invoice with the detailed charges.

When you receive our invoice issued email, please log into your account to view “Reservations

Click the invoice created to view your total, click the “Pay with Stripe” button to pay the full amount due.

Your reservation will then be confirmed.

Your trip details will be emailed to you and are also viewable in your account under reservations.

Security Deposit

Security Deposits / Additional Fees

All properties require a security deposit.  

The refundable security deposit will show up on your total amount due. 

Security Deposits are refundable… As long as the property is left in great condition and no damage to the unit or linens the security deposit is refundable.

This only applies to completed reservations.

Your security deposit is NOT refundable if you cancel your reservation if its past the 48 hours of booking. 

The deposit amount is noted on each property listing in the details section and will be added to your invoice total.

Additional Fees

We charge an administrative booking fee for each reservation made in the amount of $75.00.  This amount will be added to your invoice.

Some properties will require that you purchase a parking pass when you arrive to check in. This fee varies and is shown in the details section of the property listing if required.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

We have a STRICT cancellation policy;

You have 48 hours form confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund.

If you cancel 45 days or more before check in date you will receive a full refund minus the security deposit. 

If the check-in date is at least 14 days away but less than 45 days, a 50% refund will be issued.

For cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in or less. No refunds will be made

House Rules

House Rules

The following house rules apply to all rental properties. Please see details listed for each property for specific information as to what is allowed or not allowed.

  • NO SMOKING or VAPING  in any of the units. There is a $350 cleaning fee for violation. 
  • Must keep doors SHUT at all times while running the AC. If AC freezes up you will be responsible for the cost of repair from leaving doors open while running AC.
  • Please keep all beach chairs at the front door or outside on balcony. 
  • Do not bring furniture from balcony in the unit or take furniture from inside outside. 
  • Do NOT fee the birds or hang towels on Balcony railing. 
  • All minors need to be accompanied by an adult. 
  • ALL COUNTY and STATE laws must be followed. 
  • Pest control comes once a month. Please allow them access if they show up during your stay. 
  • NO luggage carts allowed inside the unit. There is a $75 fee if you do so. Its scratches’ the walls and does damage. inside the unit. Please unload the cart outside the door. 
  • Ring doorbell is installed on the outside of the unit at the door.  
  • We have the right to terminate a reservation at any time if any house rules are broken. 
  • Only pet friendly units allow pets. No pets allowed at any of the other units that are NOT pet friendly. We will charge you a $300 fee for bringing a pet that was not approved.
