• Independent Management
We're not part of the onsite rental program, so please only visit the office to pick up your parking pass. You're allowed one parking pass for this unit. For anything else, just reach out directly—we’re always happy to help!

• Luggage Carts
🚫 Please do not bring luggage carts inside the unit at any time.

• Starter Supplies & Comforts of Home
Your condo comes stocked with fresh towels, linens, and a starter supply pack that includes:
• 2 garbage bags
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 2 travel-size shampoo/conditioners per bathroom
• 1 travel-size bar of soap per bathroom
• 1 pack of makeup remover wipes per bathroom
• 2 colorful makeup cloths per bathroom
• 1 small 4-pack of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 2 laundry detergent pods
Please note: Beach towels are not provided.

• Makeup Removal
We provide makeup remover wipes and colorful washcloths just for you. Please avoid using the white towels, hand towels, or washcloths for makeup removal—a fee will apply if they’re stained.

• No Smoking or Vaping
🚭 Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit. Violations will result in a $350 cleaning fee.

• Air Conditioning Etiquette
Please keep doors closed while the AC is running. If you’d like to enjoy the patio breeze, just turn the AC off first.

• Balcony Courtesy
Help us keep the view beautiful—please don’t feed the birds or hang towels from the balcony.

• Inventory & Care
All housewares and furnishings are inventoried. If anything breaks, just let us know so we can replace it. We understand accidents happen—just be honest and we’ll work with you to make it right.

• Local Laws
All county and state laws must be followed during your stay.

• Pest Control
Monthly pest control visits may occur. If they arrive during your stay, please allow them access to spray.

• Grilling Guidelines
Grills are available near the pool area. Please clean them after use. Grilling is not allowed on the balcony.

• Rule Violations
Serious violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
