PANAMA CITY BEACH

We absolutely loved this location. It was truly a home away from home. Only a few steps from a Private beach that was not crowded. The condo is Walking distance to food and attractions. The condo was ready for us with added amenities that we weren't expecting. The host was absolutely wonderful. She was quick to respond and answered questions that were not related to the condo. She felt more like a friend than a host. Easy check in and check out process. Overall 10 out of 10 stay all the way around. Highly recommend this condo/host. We will return to this location.

The condo was wonderful. There was lots of space and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook with and then some. I loved the area and the view was spectacular. I will rent this condo again!!

I brought my teenaged son and his friend for a little getaway. The first thing I noticed is how clean the space was. It was spotless! The twin beds in the living room worked perfect for the boys. They had their own space with the TV and I had privacy in the bedroom.
I love staying at Gulfgate. It is quiet and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. I have only positive things to say.
I would note if you have small children they would be woken up when you use the kitchen. Teenagers slept right through me making coffee and breakfast. Speaking of beds…the beds were super comfortable! Soft bedding, comfy mattress, and nice pillows.
We loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

We love this location next to St. Andrews state park. The condo was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. I would stay there again.

Flip Flop Vacation Rental Services was great! We had issues with the washer and Ms. Kristy responed as soon as we messaged her. We look forward to booking with her again in the future!!
