We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of vacation rentals, we have a strict cancellation policy in place:
• Within 48 Hours of Booking Confirmation:
✅ Full refund available
• 45 Days or More Before Check-In:
✅ Full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee
• 14 to 44 Days Before Check-In:
🔁 50% refund of the total booking amount
• 7 Days or Less Before Check-In:
❌ No refund will be issued

Main Booker must be 21 years or older. All adult Guests 18 and older will need to provide a valid Driver's License. No unauthorized guests will be allowed. Due to Bay County and Panama City Beach Ordinance. This is not something we can let slide with extra guests or guests not providing all information. All information will have to be provided before check in. NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE.
