Enjoy the gated community with 11 different pools, Gym, Mini Golf course, Shuffleboard court, Tennis Court and pickle board courts. One of the pools is directly on the beach. it’s located across Front Beach Road. You can even stop in at the Beach house of Gulf Highlands and grab yourself a snack or eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. This gated community has everything to make your trip to Panama City Beach so much fun. no, it’s not directly on the beach but a very short walk. The plus side is on days that the water is rough and red flags you have plenty of pools and other things to do in Gulf highlands to make sure you stay busy and still have a fantastic time.
The unit has 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. The master bedroom is upstairs it has a king bed and its own balcony to sit outside and drink your coffee in the morning. Master bathroom with a Huge bathtub/shower
2nd bedroom is also located on the second floor with a queen size bed and its own bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Full Size washer and Dryer are located on the second floor.
First floor has a full-size kitchen with everything you need to cook your dinners in the unit. 1/2 bath which has a toilet and sink. Dining room and living room. The living room has a pullout couch.
You have two outside sitting areas. one at the front door and one at the back door.

You have 48 hours form confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund.
If you cancel 45 days or more before check in date you will receive a full refund minus the security deposit.
If the check-in date is at least 14 days away but less than 45 days, a 50% refund will be issued.
For cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in or less. No refunds will be made
*We are not part of the on-site property management company. If you need anything, please contact me. The only thing you need to get from the security gate is your parking pass,
*You will receive the comforts of home with towels, linens, a starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, 1- 4 pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, two travel size shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, small bar of soap for each bathroom.
*NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. There is a $350 cleaning fee for any violation.
*Must keep door shut at all times while AC is running
*Please try to keep as much sand out of the room as possible by rinsing your feet and beach toys at the wash station by the pool.
*Keep chairs outside or on the balcony.
*Do not feed the birds or hang towels from the balcony railing.
*Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Reporting any damage will help mitigate loss against your damage deposit. Willful or malicious damage to the condo or its contents will be the responsibility of the renter.
*All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
*ALL County and State Laws must be followed!
*Pest control comes once a month. If they should show up during your stay, please allow them to spray.
*We just ask for you to please take care of our home. I do live close by. If you need anything, please let me know.
