Unit C6 is located on the Second story. you will have to climb stairs.

Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as the amenities at Sugar Beach. Enjoy the community pool, tennis courts, lagoon with walking paths, and easy beach access just a short walk away. The complex is a low-rise community located directly across from the Gulf with convenient access to nearby restaurants, attractions, and shopping.

Parking is available onsite for registered guests.

Parking pass and wrist bands need to be purchased before arrival. You will receive a link how to pay for your wrist bands and parking passes. Roughly $38 each with tax

Sugar Beach is a low-rise condominium community. Unit C6 is located on the upper the second floor.

Parking is available for registered guests, and parking passes are required per HOA rules.

Please note that this is a privately owned condo located within a residential community, so guests are expected to respect quiet hours and community guidelines during their stay.

Like most beach destinations, weather, tides, and occasional seasonal seaweed are natural parts of the coastal environment and are outside of the host’s control.
