Renters must be 25 or older.
You will not be allowed on property if someone within your group is not 25.
Parking notes: One parking pass and 4 armbands will be provided and left in the unit upon your arrival. A second parking pass is available at a cost of $50 and needs to be purchased 24 hours before arrival to guarantee it will be available for your stay.
A starter package of amenities is provided. Renter must provide any amenities needed beyond what is initially provided.
