Renters must be 25 or older.
You will not be allowed on property if someone within your group is not 25.
Parking notes: You do have to pay for your own parking and wrist bands. I will send you a link after booking to purchase your parking passes and wrist bands.
Boardwalk does have a parking pass fee you have to pay before check in. It’s $55 per vehicle max number of vehicles is two and $6 a wrist band. After booking and before checking in you will get a link to pay for parking pass and wrist bands. I cannot do this for you. You will have to do this before check in.
A starter package of amenities is provided. Renter must provide any amenities needed beyond what is initially provided.
