The exterior part of the building is under construction.
The building is currently undergoing exterior construction, and while the beachfront balcony is temporarily closed, you can still see out the patio doors as of now it may change. The balcony and pool will reopen sometime in September. We’ve adjusted our pricing to reflect this temporary inconvenience, ensuring you still get a fantastic deal on the unit.

Important Information for Guests Staying Between May 29th and January 1st 2026.
Please be informed that significant construction work will occur at our complex during this period due to a complete renovation of the building.
• Balcony Access: Beachfront balconies will be completely inaccessible, obstructing the view of the beach from inside the condo. Specifically, the balcony facing the beach will be closed from March 17th – the middle of September. This could change. This means you will NOT be able to sit out on the balcony during these dates.
• Pool Access: The pool area will be unavailable for use from March 17th – until the second week of September 2025. This could change.
• Parking: Parking availability may be limited. 1 parking pass will only be allowed during construction.
• Noise and Walkway Access: Construction noise will be present throughout the day.
Guests will still have access to the beach via a designated walkway.
Please be prepared for noise, construction activities, and the presence of workers around the complex. It is advisable not to book if these conditions may affect your stay.
Before confirming your reservation, you will be asked to acknowledge having read and understood these details regarding accessible amenities and the construction schedule.
Efforts will be made to ensure your satisfaction with the interior of the unit despite the exterior renovations.
These dates establish a provisional timeline. They could be extended or shortened.

You have 48 hours form confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund.
If you cancel 45 days or more before check in date you will receive a full refund minus the security deposit.
If the check-in date is at least 14 days away but less than 45 days, a 50% refund will be issued.
For cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in or less. No refunds will be made.
*We are not part of the on-site property management company. If you need anything, please contact me. The only thing you need to go to the office for is to get your parking passes.
*You will receive the comforts of home with towels, linens, a starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, 1- 4 pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, two travel size shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, small bar of soap for each bathroom.
*NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. There is a $350 cleaning fee for any violation.
*Must keep door shut at all times while AC is running
*Please try to keep as much sand out of the room as possible by rinsing your feet and beach toys at the wash station by the pool.
*Keep chairs outside or on the balcony.
*Do not feed the birds or hang towels from the balcony railing.
*Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Reporting any damage will help mitigate loss against your damage deposit. Willful or malicious damage to the condo or its contents will be the responsibility of the renter.
*All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
*ALL County and State Laws must be followed!
*Pest control comes once a month. If they should show up during your stay, please allow them to spray.
*No luggage carts inside the room whatsoever!! These cause serious damage to the floors, furniture and walls. You will be charged a fee of $75 if you bring the cart inside the room.
*We just ask for you to please take care of our home. I do live close by. If you need anything, please let me know.
We want you to enjoy your vacation. Just Relax and put on your flip flops and head to the beach.
We do have a ring doorbell at the front door on the outside that faces outward. It records video and voices.
