Cancellation PolicyWe have a STRICT cancellation policy;

You have 48 hours form confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund.

If you cancel 45 days or more before check in date you will receive a full refund minus the security deposit.

If the check-in date is at least 14 days away but less than 45 days, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in or less. No refunds will be made.

* We are not part of the onsite rental program. DO NOT go to the office for any reason other than your parking pass. You're allowed one parking passe for this unit. If you need anything you contact me.

* NO LUGGAGE CARTS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT AT ANYTIME.

* You will receive the comforts of home with Towels, Linens, and a STARTER supply pack of the following items. 2 Garbage Bags, 1 Roll of paper towels, 2 travel size bottles of shampoo/conditioner for each bathroom, travel size bar of soap for each bath, a pack of makeup remover wipes for each bathroom, 2 colorful makeup rags for each bathroom, 1 small 4 pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry detergent pods. We DO NOT supply Beach towels.

* WE PROVIDE MAKEUP REMOVER WIPES AND COLORFUL WASH RAGS TO REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP. DO NOT USE THE WHITE TOWELS. You will be charged for using the white towels, white hand towels, or whitewash rags for makeup.

*NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. This also includes Vaping. There is a $350 Cleaning fee for any violation.

*Must Keep Doors shut at ALL times when AC is Running. Please turn the air off if you wish to have the patio door open.

*Do not feed the birds or hang towels from the balcony.

* Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Willful or malicious damage to the condo its contents will be responsibility of the renter.

*ALL county and State laws must be Followed!

*Pest Control comes once a month. If they should show up during your stay, please allow them to spray.

*Grills are provided on property by the pool area. Please clean them after use. NO GRILLS ALLOWED ON BALCONY.

*Any Violation of house rules can result in immediate eviction without refund.

After all the DO NOT. We want you to know that we want you to enjoy your stay. Please treat the unit like it was your own. Report anything that may happen in the unit so we can work with you on getting it resolved. We understand accidents can happen. So just be up front and honest if something happens while staying in the unit.
